Guest Services
The services provided include lodging, as well as, a comfortable and supportive environment for patients and their caregivers during their treatment.
Guest Qualifications
All Guests must live outside Duval County and be a relative of/caregiver for a patient in a Jacksonville area hospital or be an outpatient receiving ongoing outpatient testing/treatment at an area medical facility.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests should schedule check-in between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm Mon. – Fri. After hour/weekend check-ins will be considered on an exception basis whenever possible.
